I have the opportunity to purchase a pair locally that are in pretty good shape for $350. I was wondering if these would be an improvement from the L65 Jubals and 4311bs that I currently have.

I think so. You will also sell either of the two you mentioned for quite a bit more than $350 if you decide to switch. Win win.

Granted, the 4310's are near field monitors better suited to the small room I currently have them in, but they simply do not compare to the L112's.
