What is the best way to test my LX5 and N7000 in the Paragon I am restoring?
I don't have very sofisticated test equipment at my disposal.
Thanks

JC:
You have really sophisticated test equip., Your ears!, next step, a signal generator, or a test CD, and a scope.

You can run a voltage drive on them.
Here is the Standard Test Fixture (http://www.jblproservice.com/pdf/Network%20Schematics/Standard%20Test%20Fixture.pdf).
The test specs should be found in these schematics:
LX5 (http://www.jblproservice.com/pdf/Network%20Schematics/LX5.pdf)/3115 (http://www.jblproservice.com/pdf/Network%20Schematics/3115%20Network.pdf)
N7000 (http://www.jblproservice.com/pdf/Network%20Schematics/N7000.pdf)/3105 (http://www.jblproservice.com/pdf/Network%20Schematics/3105%20Network.pdf)
I would probably just replace all the caps and resistors with new caps and resistors.
