One man's treasure is another man's trash. They might even go to $6k, depending on who's paying attention.

I'd spend the money on a pair of these instead:

I'd end up with four high end compression drivers, plus four purpose-designed horns, a pair of superlative 8" drivers, two cabinets, and a pair of modern networks. Oh yeah, and a warranty.

But that's just me.
