Cloth on my L222 grills is coming off. What is a good glue to repair it with?

There was a long thread on this awhile back...

Recently used Scotch 77 on L150A's to tack
material to frame... other than the mess (outside
job) it worked much better than expected.
(quite well)

Well, I was quite lo-tech. :p I just used some ol' Elmer's and it is holding just fine.

nice thing about the Scotch product is (also the
bad thing) in that the setup time is fairly short...
and no clamping is required. Pull the knit fabric
to line up on inner frame edge and the material
pattern on the front, then press for a few seconds.

If you do it wrong, you don't have a lot of time to
correct. Start in as soon as you spray (don't wait
for it to get tacky) and you'll have an easier time
positioning the material.

Bo, did you use Elmers on the stretchy fabric
(such as L150...my only mending experience)?

Hey, grumpy...

Yea, I did. But only (obviously) on the back of the frame, out of sight. It held really well, and yet if you need to redo, it comes off without ruining the fabric so you can stretch some more... I held it in place beneath some wooden slats weighted down, and then when dry, peeled the slats off away from the edge of the grill, rolling toward the center.
