Hi Tim,

and I want to trade one mint 2470 with a good working 2420.
If you can find one 2420, you can get my 2470.

Hey tim.

I have a pair of 2482's that are in need of a bath and repaint but work just fine. I have a leslie 147RV that is stock and was thinking about changing the HF also but haven't researched the mechanical needs yet.

Gary at national audio had a couple jon lord cabs but I don't know if they're still around. Do you have the plans for such a conversion??

I might be persuaded to part with one if reasonable..

:o)

Hey Sub...
Jon Lord Leslies? Wo-whooo!! Yea, I'd love to have one of those, but not really...I'm re-living my childhood...I bought a mint condition Hammond C-3 from an estate sale and am having a ball with it...I have a 145 with a somewhat hot-rodded amp..I have a 16 ohm 2227 in the bottom, and the atlas driver that the previous owner installed is so old the address on it doesn't have a zip code..(really). I would be interested in one 2482, PM me and we can talk price. I have a few other feelers out as well, I appreciate the offer. If you do want to do a top end driver swap, let me know as I will be turning a special adapter flange to adapt whichever driver I end up with to the rotating horn bearing, I can make two if you want one.
Jon Lord Leslies, huh?...........

I snagged a 1950 B-2 ( no percussion mods yet ) with pedals and a leslie along with a fender PA-100 from a church who need SR goodies for their god-rocking teenagers. All the mechanicals have been re-oiled with the hammond oilcan that the oz tin man would of used but the initial fire-up won't happen until I rebuild a few smashed bakelite connectors ( strong kids ).

I was also going to hookup a restored EV patrician corner horn with a K151 18" to give it a little more "feel"

Only problem is is that I don't play...gonna have to work on that one.

but it IS cool in the 1950's living room.
