4328 initializing problem

hi everyone first time poster. just got a pair of 4328's when opening the control centre i get the error message one or more of your speakers isnt intialized. please reflash speakers???

ive looked around the trouble shoot and think ive set the speakers up correctly but i cant find the answer

any suggestions would be appreciated

Call JBL support. My guess is this might not have been ready for shipping, but I don't know for sure...
