I need someone to resize my pictures for me so I can upload them onto a post.

If you can help, PM me with your email address and I will send you the files.

Thanks a bunch!

It's a Microsoft image re-sizer, pretty basic tool if you're running XP:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe (http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe)

Once it's installed, you just select the pics you want, and right click & choose "resize". New copies will be created, not destroying the originals, in any size you want.

Hi, Storm

Try using Paint - that little application that comes with Windows. Open the image in paint and then use:
- Image/Stretch/Skew to reduce size.
- Change BOTH the Horizontal and Vertical to the same % and you will maintain the aspect ratio of the original.
- "Save As" a .jpg - the compression will reduce image size to something acceptible.

IME, the final image must be no larger than about 8" x 8" on your screen.

Good luck...

Microsoft Photo Editor also comes with many copies of Windows, and has an Image Re-size utility, you can pick final dimensions by inches or pixels. Then, while using SAVE AS, you can pick the .jpg compression level with a slider control, which can reduce file size and let you re-name so you don't overwrite the original.
