Hi,
I'm looking at a set of second hand LSR25P's. The seller says that one of the woofers is "blown". He said it occured during mixing of some VERY heavy bass!!
I already own one pair of LSR25P's and have found them extremely rugged. Is it possible that the problem is more likely something blown in the amp module rather than the the actual driver? I would have thought actives speakers like these would have some form of "limiting" to ensure the actual drivers don't blow but you could cook the amp if pushed too hard....
