12" woofer recommendations

I am looking for a good efficient 12" woofer that will dig down into the mid to low 30Hz range to mate with an Altec 811/808-8a horn combo. I have a 3 cubic foot Altec 614D cabinet fitted with an Emminence Delta 12LF woofer and it just isn't happening for me. I plan to cross it over @ 800Hz passively of whatever actively and bi-amped. I know this is fairly general, thanks for your input.

Efficient woofers have a hard time going as low as you'd like.

Model an Altec 414 and see how low it'll go in your volume. It's an outstanding woofer on account of it's excellent mid to upper bass and midrange, no 12 has better overall sound IME&O.
