Hey, Andy - welcome...
You should try Mike Caldwell at: Vintage Audio - Link (http://www.vintageaudiosales.com/) . Looks like he has some 2308's. Great guy. Big help...
Good luck!
But hey, price of entry here is a pic of your gear - what you got?

Hi Bo,
thank you for your help - I will try to get what I need.
But photos of my 4343? You would no stand the view without tears in your eyes - the conditions are very (!!) poor at the moment. I first have to recone all speakers and spend some time with the housing of the cabinets. The theater that owns them, painted them in black.
So this will be my work during the wintertime....
So long
Andy

You got your work cut out for you, but if you need any help let us know. Let us know if you cannot get a lens. I know where a pair is being stored as a backup, but hate to let one go unless you have exhausted all efforts! It's quite rewarding to turn one of these around and well worth it! ;)

Well, please get some good advice here from Audiobeer - our reesident expert on cabinets and woodwork. He's real knowledgable and clever about this, and does stunning work. He's your resource for instructions - there's a great Thread somewhere. Let me check...
