Can the dust caps in these be replaced? If so, who sells? Where would one look for info on how to refurbish these, or should one just buy a pair off ebay?

Your local authorized JBL reconer can probably replace the domes for you, part #21606, and advise regarding other refurbishing.

The full diaphragm kit, D8RLE25, is $76 list....
