Not sure if this is the proper forum, but I am looking for a shop in Dallas with solid JBL experience. I went to one that was supposedly the authorized dealer and they never heard of a 250ti. This was the only shop listed as "official" so I am hoping somebody might have a good recommendation on another.

thanks
Fred

Dallas Backup is now Onstage Systems

don't know if they fix others stuff

was a place in Fort Worth
don't see it on the list

I know it's farther north but I like Speakerworks in Tulsa, OK. I've known him for around 20 years and is great to work with. He's always done great work for me.

I have used Freeman-Tuel for years with good results but I will have to say after Allen retired customer service has declined. Also don't expect any of the new folks to know the product line.
A person named Randy helped me with a sub plate amp repair on a PSW-15, quick turn around.

Freeman had refoamed my woofers, I think they did okay on that, not sure they tested it all right, I have never been thrilled with the sound at high volume, I get vibrations off the drivers. Not sure what might be off, maybe the crossovers, I would want somebody qualified to test it.

Freeman-Tuell is the only game in town that I know of. Ask for David - he has both re-foamed and reconed various LE14-As, LE14-H1s and 2235Hs for me over the years and had done a really good job. I think the outfit in Ft Worth is gone.
