I made a query on the 2255HPL-B drivers on this list. These are the 15in Neo woofers used in the VerTec series. The asking price is $269 each.
I ran the parameters through WinISD and it looks like these would only be good down to about 50Hz, I was hoping to go a little lower.

Does anyone have any actual experience with these woofers?

What does B stock means ? Are the damage just some scrathes or ?

I think B stock can mean anything from a scratched item, discontinued model, opened box for a demo or trade show, externally damaged box. I bought some cabinets from a JBL B stock list a couple of years ago to use for an install and they were perfect they were just a older model.
