I got cross eyed trying to read that ad, so much so that I missed the SA-9500 II Pioneer amp.

Yup, there's two or three pieces in the mix I'd be interested in if they were local. The cabs with the EV triaxles got my attention.

The seller is a new member here. I think his name is John. I spoke with him on the phone about 2 weeks ago. Seems like a nice fella. I think I read somewhere that he is in the process of opening up a vintage audio store in the near future. Sounds like a fun place to visit.

Yeah, he seems like a great guy.. For those interested in the EV's, it turns out they are not a matching set, which is really too bad, I would have bought them...

Your guys' thoughts on the L1 and J250M?
L1s are always nice to have around. They're great as small mains in a small room, and they work well with a lot of combinations as surround speakers. If your mains have a Ti tweeter and a pulp, composite, or Polyplas woofer, there's a good chance they'll be a reasonable complement.
The downside is that the woofer cannot be either refoamed or reconed.
