Need help with terminology, speaker mounting post

I found a post where someone had a suggestion on where to get a replacement spring loaded speaker wire retainer and now I can't find it because I can't remember what they are called.

3 Questions

1. What are the spring loaded speaker wire retainers on an old N1200 called?
2. Where can I get a black replacement or a set?
3. Does anyone have an extra black one?

- One name is ; "spring-loaded" binding post .

- See HH Smith / Abbatron (http://www.abbatron.com/products/?dir=/part/get/ppj_ibn_sprl) for a listing of their available spring loaded binding posts. This size of binding post was used for decades by various companies Pro component lines .
- I can't help you with any info on the smaller sized consumer ( Home HiFi ) types .
