I am planning on remodeling myliving room and at the same time, running a ton of a/v wires around the room. Does anybody have a recommendation for wall plates for the speaker wires? I am guessing there isn't too much science in them, but if someone has some experience, I would love to hear it.

thanks
Fred

Parts Express sells plates to go with their binding posts, duals and quads.

I put Belden "Brilliance" cable in the walls for speakers.

Run conduit if you think you might want to change the wiring or add stuff later.

Use rigid conduit, if possible; the flex gets hard to pull through the bends....

Methinks you mean EMT....ask for rigid conduit at the parts house, and you'll get schedule 40....:p

Yup, EMT or PVC.
