I recently bought a pair of C40s from the original owners estate and believe them to be original but can't get a look at the components. The tweeters are held in place by a wooden wedge which is screwed in place, removed the screws but the wedge did not want to move. Didn't want to see bad enough to force it. Because of the cabinet construction I can't see any way to get a look anywhere else, even with mirrors couldn't get a look at the back of the drivers. There are 2 wing nuts holding the screens in place but they are perfect and I don't want to disturb them. SNs 16764 and 16777 with N1200 crossovers (need 1 red positive spring and cap if someone has one). Resistance check confirm anything? Thoughts? They fill the house with music. Thanks, Mike
