Hmmm......
compare the text:
From "fraud alert " by JBL DOG:
"I am from Manhattan, KS but my wife is from Poland and for the moment i am in Poland with some problems about the family.
I decided to stop the auction early because there are many unserious
buyers who bid amounts like 10 000$ just for fun so nobody will be able
to buy the product through ebay.So i want to close the deal with
somebody serious and real interested to buy it.
The buy it now price for my Metregon is 3250$ and that price includes all the shipping costs.
Please tell me if you are still interested and i will make a discount for you.If you buy my camera in 24 hours i will make 10% discount.
About the payment here is the details:
I accept only Bank Transfer.
You can make the payment from your bank acount in my acount!
Please use for that transaction a good bank because I want to receive the money quikly for my business and in that way our deal will gone be faster and after i check the money i will send the product imediately.
Please tell me if you agree my price??
Waiting your answer asap
Respectfully!!! "
And what I just got:
"Hello,
I block my praprroved list for a moment because this is a major of
protection for me because I lost very much money with unserious buyers who
pretend that they want to buy but in fact they close my auction just for fun.
So if you want the product and if we will arrange how
to close the deal I promise you that in the moment that we will come with a
solution I will close my self the auction and make you the winner
bidder and get the feedback points.
Please tell me if you want the product and I will be happy to close the
deal with you.
Thanks!"

Well that was short....
I sent this message:
"To verify you actually have this item, please send a picture of it with a sheet of paper in front that says BOO."
And BINGO the auction *closed*
And I suppose I will get the bullcrap "form" email from ebay that says they allowed a crook on their site but it's not their fault....
And that they will return the ID to it's rightful owner...
Yeah right....
Sonner or later meg's gonna buy a seat on the 9th to legitimize the ebay way.
