Hi Guys,

I have an old pair of JBL LX44. I'm loving them but unfortunetely the surrounding of the woofers dissapeared (partialy). Resurrounding coasts 110€ (130$ ?) in Germany. And I cant resurround them by myself and I don't want to import a repair kit.

So I'm looking for a new pair of woofers. To get new ones I need detailed informations about the used woofer in the LX44.

Please Help!

thank you

The price, the price ... $152.24 is to expnsive. I need 2. this means $304,48!!!

The manual doesn't tell me enough about the the frequency response and the crossover response and the power rating especialy from the 408G woofer.

The nominal impendance is 8 Ohm.
The sensitivy is 91dB.

Your speakers were designed using THAT 408G woofer, the crossover and cabinet are made for it.

Why not find out if you can get your woofers refoamed, or reconed? It may be a less expensive means of restoring your speakers.
