VOTT image on top of mountain from advertisement

hi y'all

does anyone know where one might find a high quality image of the cartoon advertisement of the "VOTT on top of the mountain"?

i know there are few here and there on the internet but they all seem too small to be blown up any larger with success.

p.s. any extra info about this image would be appreciated as well.
