What to do now?

OK, I have been waiting for the foam on my subwoofer to get damaged. And today it cracked. It is over 20 years old, so it was expected to happen.
So what do I do now? I have a B460 with the orginal 2245H woofer.
I can refoam it, recone it, or perhaps recone it into another version???
Would the best thing be to recone it, and let it remain a 2245H, or is there any better alternative use of the basket? Could it be turned into for exemple a 2242H?

2245 should stay 2245 as it is a superb woofer. Anyway 2242 won't work in that basket.
I would recone it. It shouldn't be too expensive. ~250 Euro I think.

You sell the b460 to me it would save you from so many trouble my friend,20 years time a cracked foam,i guess in next 20 years you'll still get the same trouble,get rid of them(in selling it to me):D,no serious,follow the advice of the experts refoam it and keep it as genuine as possible;)
