Hello,

I need to replace the drivers and output transistors of my faithful SA660 amplifier and as the parts have a JBL code I'm asking for help to know the commercial numbers of these transistors. The factory codes are: 13300, 13301, 13298 and 13299. Any help would very appreciated. BTW if anyone needs the preamplifier transistors are MPS6520 AND MPS6518 according to a letter sent to me by JBL in 1981.
Thanks to all.

See my new post. Brandon.

Dear Brandon,

If you know what the (end-Amp) Driver transistors of the SA660 are (and maybe also the end transistors), I would love to know.
And/or could you please direct me to your new post?

Best Regards, Blessings,
Arnoud.

Hi Arnoud,

Brandon's new post would have been almost 6 years ago... also, if you notice he is registered as a guest. A few years ago we purged the accounts of a large number of never posted or hadn't posted in years members converting them to "Guest" status. If Brandon is still active he would have had to create a new account. Regardless, I wouldn't expect to hear back from him.

Good luck in your quest.

Dear Mostek,

I need exactly the same information you were looking for, in order to replace the drivers and end-transistors of the Power-amp of the SA660.
If you ever got the information, would you pass it on to me please?

Wishing you much audio pleasure,

Arnoud

Im bringing a dead thread back to life. I need some help with wood side panels for JBL SA660. I have owned a SA600 before, so I have an idea what they look like, but does anyone have a pair of panels that I could use to make a pair for myself? Or dimensions or pics would help. Thanks.
