I am in the process of refurbing a pair of L250's I picked up at an estate sale last year. The cabinets were pretty beat up, Walnut, so I sanded and filled and put 12 coats of black lacquer on them ;and they are beautiful. I happened to have a pair of 044ti's and 104h's in my collection so of course I swapped them out . Last nite I wired them up and turned them on . I have the 1200 watt Mcintosh mono block amps. These work quite nicely with Jbl products. Very very nice. My question is simple; is there a suggested mod to the L250 crossover to bring it to the Ti status? Does anyone have or know of L250 crossovers being available?

Neither the N250 nor the N250Ti are available any longer.
The N250Ti is required to properly run the 104H and 044Ti-1.
The schematics for both networks have been posted previously.

I have 104h's in my L250's as well, but I still have the stock L250 crossover. I think the speaker sounds excellent so I'm not in a terrible hurry to swap out the crossovers. If I happened upon a pair of N250Tis I'd probably buy them if the price was right, but it might be another 2 years of careful ebay watching....
