I have an oppurtunity to buy a pair of sda srs series speakers for a reasonable price. I know there not jbls but still a decent sounding speaker. the problem i have is on one of the speakers is the mid range drivers, theres 8 of them, have a sticky substance and it appears that someone had the grill cover off while doing wood working of some sort. there is sawdust embedded in the sticky material on the drivers. Is there any way of getting it off without ruining the drivers? any ideas or suggesstions would be appreciated.THANKS JIM

Jim, Earlier this year I acquired a set of Polk SDAs for free (right place at the right time). They are impressive looking speakers, but they sound like @#$% compared to my L100s. Polk fans rave about these things, but I just don't get it!

I gave them to my kid. He isn't as much a nut about hifi gear as I am. If nothing else they make for a nice piece of furniture! Make sure you get the inter-connect cable. Don
