JBL 3120 vs Altec Model 19 XO's

I posted this on the Altec board but want some more info. Can I use the JBL 3120 xo in a pair of model 19's with satisfactory results? The ones I am looking at are 8 ohm but after further checking I see that the HF section is 12 to 16 ohms, this has me concerned. :crying:
