Altec 846B

I have a pair of Altec846B speakers without woofers. I really don't know what to use. I don't know the original powe of these
and I'd like the new woofer to match the original horns. Any body
know original specs, or have suggested replacement woofers. I
have been looking at ebay and foundthe following:EVM15L,
EVX150,JBL2205H-2225H-DL15,Altec421A-418B-MI15Aand
eminenceAlpha-Delta.I've also looked at several speakers offered by Partsexpress-Eminence,Selinium,Dayton... I really can't afford
new, quality, JBL or EV, though that's what I want.
I don't know how to use a forum. This is my first time. If you are familiar with these speakers(846B's), please email me. I don't
know if I'd find my way back to look for answers here, though I'll
try.

Try a firm named "Great Plains Audio" out of Oklahoma City. They have all original Altec parts

I have a pair of original Altec 846B Valencia speaker units which I purchased in Ohio in 1974

They are unbelievable
