Hi all,

I am working on the optimization of the E145/8 and 2441/16 filter for my Hartsfields.

Does anybody have the impedance curve for E145 8 ohms speaker and 2441 16 ohms driver ?
In spite off all my documentation i can't find them

Regards

The impedance curves vary quite a bit with application (Box / Horn) and alignment.

I have attached impedance curves of the same driver 2425J. Top is driver only, middle is driver on 2307, bottom is driver on Tractrix. All tests taken within 30 minutes. I have taken another impedance curve of the same driver on the Tractrix horn after re-aligning the diaphragm, and the top had moved below 1KHz.

One easy way to be able to measure impedance curves is the woofer tester 2 (http://www.partsexpress.com/). One cheap way is speaker workshop (http://www.audua.com/), but it has a lot of pitfalls.
