Recycler Gets Stupid Revisions!

The Recycler has changed their on-line format such that every item is now listed as being posted on the current day. Therefore, if you try to do a seach for, oh say, JBL, and you want only new ads (1 day old), they all come up regardless of when they first came out.:biting:

While this may not be so bad for JBLs, a search of new postings for, oh say, an "amp" draws way more responses than any half sane person wants to go through.:banghead:

There are other changes in the way the formatting/search now work that also suck!:bs:

I'm on your side, the old format was better, and far from perfect.

Hi Toddalin,

I think I had to reregister to get back a seller's account. However, in doing a recent search, I did get items that had listings that were older than today. I suspect that since the new format site is quite recent, there isn't a backlog of old ads yet.

I'd suggest giving the site some time to work out and see how it fares. Then we can give some feedback to them.
