They f'ud me some time back and I got creative to find their number - 411 ! Use their web site to get their addres and then call the phone company. They do have a support line but they sure are shy about advertising it.

From that experience I can tell you that ebay is NOT a customer-focused company. I was dead in the water for 10 days because some australian hacker got ahold of my password. They (ebay) killed it right away, but then took 10 days to get me working again.
