I have been following with interest over the last few months the various discussions regarding any information about crossover networks.

trying to educate myself... :)

what books out there would be on a recommended reading list, if one was interested in learning about 70s era active and passive crossover networks?

Depends what you mean by 70's era.

Its evolved a lot from then.

Some of the Sound engineering books I have seen (can't remember the titles) have descriptions of the JBL horn networks, tapped auto transformers, Hf bypass equalisation.

You might try surfing Amazon.

thanks Ian, I hadn't thought of looking for older audio engineering textbooks...

great suggestion IMO
